Carnoustie County

The Open Championship course at Carnoustie is a beast. It has also been called a lot of other things but one thing everyone can agree on who has played "Carnasty" is that it is a real test even when the wind isn't blowing. In our mind it's a course certainly worthy of respect but the issues are always caused by trying  to blast your way round rather than accepting that a lot of holes are actually much harder than the par would suggest., so plot your way round, take photos and a deep breath befr you tee of on 16 as it, and 17 and 18 are truly memourable.
